Partially Synchronized Scrolling

Would it be possible to get partially synchronized scrolling? I like the current behavior but it would be nice to be able to scroll the sides independently of each other with a hotkey or maybe just set one side to scroll both and the other to not my current use case is comparing lists of similar files with slight discrepancies in their filenames and contents (and removing duplicates from one list) so as far as I know this cannot be automated without more effort than doing it by hand. The ability for the smaller list to scroll both and the larger list to be scrolled independently would save literally minutes of my dwindling sanity.

assign a shortcut to vertical and/or horizontal scrolling and you can toggle it.
Settings->Shortcut mapper->Main Menu->Synchronize Vertical Scrolling (Line194)Cheers
