my computer Destroyed, and I installed notepad++ again. before its happend, I managed website by notepad++. now, when I open the notepad++, I dont know how to open the website and how to connect in order to edit this website. please help…

maybe you used the ftp plugin to download the file, modified it and uploaded it again?

I mean that the window of the “nppFTP” is displayed cut I can’t connect to my usermane in notepad++, and therefore I don’t see my website pages and I can’t edit them.
I would by very happy if you can help me.

check if you still have a file NppFTP.xml on your system.
This is the file where username and password are stored.
Depending of your npp configuration it must be copied
to
%APPDATA%\Notepad++\plugins\Config\NppFTP\NppFTP.xml
or
INSTALL_DIR\Notepad++\plugins\Config\NppFTP\NppFTP.xmlIf you still have access to the webserver from another machine,
than you can snoop the network traffic with tools like wireshark,
if you have used ftp protocol only, of course.Cheers
