Changelog opens every time I start NPP

If you close the file explicitly and then open it probably would work fine

@thecoop So glad to finally have this fixed. I have been living with this nagging problem for over a year. Today I upgraded to version 7.5.6 and decided to do a search for this issue. I never made the connection that it had to do with my pinned icon. THANK YOU!!

This will happen if you pin any application to the taskbar while a document/file is open, the shortcut will re-open the file open at the time of pinning it.
