TLS 1.1 or later support?

We have Notepad++ on a Citrix XenApp server which currently has Transport Layer Security TLS 1.0 and above. I am wanting to remove TLS1.0 as it is considered insecure. Can you tell me if Notepad++ will make use of TLS 1.1 or TLS 1.2?

Are you sure you mean N++ editor itself and not one of the plugins like e.g. nppFTP?

Maybe it’s about notepad update functionality and/or plugin manager downloads.
It looks like the notepad update process isn’t available as source or am I
to blind to see it?
A wireshark trace shows it is using TLS1.2 but not sure if this is always the case.Cheers

Gup is available here https://github.com/gup4win/wingup, based on curl Version 7.42.1 (28 Apr 2015), see changelog https://curl.haxx.se/changes.html#7_52_1.
So this part should support TLS v1.1 and v1.2.
Gpup from PluginManager is at https://github.com/bruderstein/nppPluginManager/tree/master/gpup and uses WinInet.

thank you for the effort but this doesn’t explain how the precompiled
exe has been build and how it is used internally.Cheers

@Claudia-Frank That’s right, but before digging deeper I would like to get an answer from @Dan-Soper , what exactly he needs to know.
