How to customize toolbar in npp ?

Hello there,
I am using Notepad++ for more than 6 months for my project developments and it is really quite easy then eclipse, netbeans, pycharm and others IDEs.
i wanted to know that can i create my own part of toolbar, where i will have custom buttons and that will perform my custom commands ?
if yes than how do i get started with it ?
i have seen already seen customize toolbar plugin but it won’t allow me to add my custom buttons and custom command.
i am new in this field but highly interested to work more with notepad++ -

You can do both with the Customize Toolbar plugin.
