Hie guys ,I’m having problems linking my CSS file to my HTML file in notepad++. I just attempted to change background color and it won’t respond. The two files are under the same folder which is website. Meta charset is set correctly, I linked the pages correctly. I even pinned the files to notepad++. What am I missing?
