Notepad++ compatibility with Microsoft Edge

I am using html, css, and javascript to make and draw on a canvas. When I try to open NotePad++ with Microsoft Edge, it doesn’t show the java script I use with the canvas.

sorry, but your post doesn’t make sense.
You do not open npp with MS Edge, you open the script.
So what exactly are you doing? Step by step.
