Insert Key No Longer Works

I used to be able to hit the Insert key to toggle between insert mode and overwrite mode. Now, I have to click the INS/OVR button on the status bar to toggle modes. Any ideas as to what happened? I’m on NPP v7.3.2 32-bit on Windows 7 Enterprise 64-bit.

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
