Drag to move file to new instance issue after update to v7.3.3
-
Hello,
I just updated my Notepad++ to version 7.3.3 and restarted it.
After restart I have lost the feature to Drag-Drop an open file and move/clone to new instance.
I made sure about the following option being unchecked:
Settings->Preferences->General->Lock(no drag and drop)Is there any other option I need to check? Please help
Thanks,
Keyur. -

Thanks Claudia!
This would fix the keyboard shortcuts. I am looking for Drag-Drop with mouse.
Is it also expected to be fixed in upcoming release?Keyur

Hello Keyur,
I think so. From commit (Fix drag and dropping tabs with multi-line enabled.)

The Move/Clone To options aren’t back yet, but I just dragged/dropped multiple text files into an open NPP window and the tabs appear at the top just as they did in previous versions.

what do you mean by
Move/Clone To options aren’t back yet
?
If I right click on a saved document tab I do see and can use the two functions.
