High resolution monitor issues

My surface book has a 3K x 2K screen. It seems that notepad++ is not scaling and the icons are small. Plugins also have issues like NppExec Console Filters tabs are cut off. You can only see the top half of the tabs. Similar on the Explorer plug in. Its very difficult to see your filters. Is there anything I can do?

a few weeks ago I stumbled over this article.
As I neither have a high resolution monitor nor do I have Windows I wasn’t able to test
if it works. So if you want to test it would be nice to let us know the results.Cheers
