Can Notepad++ be used to open TXT files? If so, what is the procedure. Thanks.

- Use the File / Open… Menu
- Drag and drop the file into Notepad++
- Right-Click in Explorer, Open with Notepad++
- Right-Click in Explorer, Open with …
