      Can Notepad++ be used to open TXT files? If so, what is the procedure. Thanks.

        • Use the File / Open… Menu
        • Drag and drop the file into Notepad++
        • Right-Click in Explorer, Open with Notepad++
        • Right-Click in Explorer, Open with …
