Find and replace special characters

I have a file that I need to perform a search and replace. The values are as below
x96 should be a dash (“-”)
x92 should be an apostrophe (" ’ ")There are a couple of more. When I perform a Ctrl+H, the below character displays in the Find textbox.

I am unable to perform a search and replace.
Any ideas?
