Upgraded to NPP++ 7.3.3 and now lock ups

After upgrading our enterprise computers to NPP++ 7.3.3 we are getting application locks up along with a huge menu of icons and buttons that drops down and locks up the application. I don’t see an option to upload a screenshot.

Upload to a hoster like imgur and use the following syntax to include it into the post
