How to refresh the Folder as Workspace pane?

Notepad++ does not monitor changes to the folder shown in Folder as Workspace, and I can’t find any command to manually refresh it either. Do I really need to exit and reload the program to see the updated list of files? Please tell me someone is working on this feature… thanks.

actually it looks like it works. I create a file within npp, folder as workspace was updated,
Create a file from cmd (see screenhot) - worked.
.Maybe you wanna describe your use case more clearly.
