Bug with Context menu

After call “Context menu” (right mouse button) process Notepad loads CPU on 30% and herewith menu does not open.

Also does not work top menu.

Tried reset/reinstall several versions 6.6.6 and newest and current 7.3.3

I use the context menu often but I never encountered such behavior.
Maybe a plugin is responsible, did you try to start npp without plugins?
From command line you could use the -noPlugin switch or you
rename the plugins directory temporarily.
