plug in manager for 32 bit version

Hello! When I open Notepad++, go to plugin manager and show plugin manager, nothing shows up in available. I was wonder how can I get it to show all the available plugins I can download.
Please let me know if I’m missing something else entirely, I’m not fluent with the software.

Which version of the pluginmanager, n++, windows do you use?

The Plugin manager does require an active internet connection to show available plugins.
Check that it is ok when you start NP++.
