перестал работать Notepad++

здравствуйте,после автоматического обновления Notepad совсем перестал работать,не открываются ни какие файлы,ничего нельзя написать в новом документе,постоянно пишет (не доступен)
переустановил,но все осталось по прежнему,очистка реестра,очистка всех папок типа temp не помогает.
