"code definition" option

I wonder if there is a plugin or something, that will provide the “code definition” option for a certain command, or frase, which has a code behind it. In action, it opens the file that has the specified code.
An example about this, is the way that “code definition” works at sublime editor. It’s really helpful, and i’d like to find one for notepad++, too.

I did not check sublime editor, but I’m confident that this cannot be done for all languages
simply because all languages are different.
