I tried creating a new txt document (by way of right-click -> New) on my desktop, but it wouldn’t save. First, I was told that opening in admin mode might help. After that, trying to save brings me to this dialog, “Failed to save file. Not enough space on disk to save file?” I definitely have enough space.

I did some light googling and found a few posts about saving to a network drive, but I’m trying to save to my desktop (this happens when trying to save in other places too, as long as I use the right-click -> New function).

There is no problem saving already-made documents.

      Any help is appreciated.
