Vertical scroll bar disappears in some documents

I can’t find the setting to have it.

it appears if needed, means if you only have a few lines to display
and those lines can be displayed fully it doesn’t show up.

Sorry I found the bug. Actually it appears when it’s needed. Please ignore this post that I can’t delete anymore.

Thanks Claudia, I found the solution straight away but was prevented by the system to post it, since I am a newbie.
