Find and replace bug

Hi all,
I have an issue with find and replace over multiple html documents. When I do a find and replace, some are changed but not all. I have to do the same command over several documents in order to actually change all the instances.
This is a bug I noticed recently. First I thought it was a setting somewhere (I just switched from dreamweaver to Notepad, so a bit of a novice), but then I noticed a colleague had the same problem.
Do more people have this issue? And is there a fix?

This bug was fixed in v7.4.2 so I recommend downloading that update.
