@Piotr-Tortecki

        If you edit the shortcuts.xml file you should see a line that looks like this:

            <Command name="Launch in Chrome" Ctrl="no" Alt="no" Shift="no" Key="0">chrome "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"</Command>

        In my shortcuts.xml I duplicated the line, gave the command a new name, and added your custom parameters:

            <Command name="Launch in Chrome" Ctrl="no" Alt="no" Shift="no" Key="0">chrome "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)"</Command>
            <Command name="Launch in Chrome2" Ctrl="no" Alt="no" Shift="no" Key="0">chrome "$(FULL_CURRENT_PATH)" --disable-default-apps -Incognito --disable-infobars</Command>

        After a restart of Notepad++, the new command appeared in the Run menu and seemed to work as intended when tried.
