Can I prevent Notepad++ from collapsing and moving to different monitor when i save a file

Notepad++ has the annoying habit of collapsing and moving to the upper corner of one monitor after I save a file. Is this normal?, is there a way to prevent that behavior?

Getting fed up of having to scroll through the same posts each visit?
