Image code issue

Hey,

I can’t seem to get my image code to work as it shows it’s there but not showing my actual image for the back ground of my website.

Any help would be great I am getting back into coding so not totally new to it just the knowledge is outdated XD

you didn’t specify the programming language you use the I assume html.
