Broken (changed) UI after the first update

I got the completely another UI and I have no idea how to fix it. The description of files are in attached text file. The new ugly UI are shown in attached image so you all are able to see that. Please provide some info how to fix it.

The toolbar icons can be changed via Settings > Preferences… > General > Toolbar. There you can select small/big/standard.

Thank you very much! Your advice helped me to change UI back. But there is another problem - plugins do not work (their UI do not appear at all as I click plugins to be shown). I suppose I should to create a new topic with this problem?
