      Hi,

      A handful of times since the 3 years I use Notepad++, I had crashes that resulted in the currently edited file being empty. I know there are backup files in user profile, but the file was empty there too. Fortunately, the last time I had a backup on a NAS :)

      Nonetheless I think this is a serious problem, one that leave the user doubting before using the tool. So the good news are that I have a windows mini-dump file of that crash, and I am willing to send it to Notepad++ developers asking for it.

      My system :
      Notepad v7.5.1 32-bits
      Windows 7 SP1 64-bits

      Best Regards,

        @Joël-Thieffry

        I assume it is better to post this issue here.

        Cheers
        Claudia
