Plugin Template for vs2015

Is there a working plugin template for visual studio 2015 in either c# or vb.net equivalent?
Somehow the 2013 version of the template do not work as in it fails to compile the project without a reason why. ( No warnings or errors… Just said build failed. With only ANSI version of plugin produced. )
Why I didn’t choose to do in c++ is just because I am still rusty at it and I am still used to c# and vb.net.
I have been using 2013 to do plugins but then I have upgraded them to 2015
