Unknown item in display

I have a text file that I am displaying that I do not recognize a character representation. In the display I have a character shown as FS on a black background. Could someone tell what ASCII character this represents?

Notepad++ itself can tell you something about it. If you open Edit (menu) -> Character Panel you will see:
