I've lost my all of my text

Hi, I was writing text for my EUIV mod and when I updated notepad++ during this, then I saved it.I opened files again 2 of 5 was run-down the only thing that left was one line of NUL. This text files are very important to me becouse I spend so much time writing them, is there any possibility to return them ?
