Cannot access encrypted file after updating to 1.0.1.5

Just updated to nppcrypt 1.0.1.5 and now I cannot decrypt a VERY important file that I need! A screen pops up asking for password, which I put in , but then it asks me about “salt”, “iv”, and “tag”. I don’t want to put anything in these fields until I know what I am doing. Is there a way to recover from this situation, I really need this file!! (uninstall update perhaps?)
If it helps, I can access the header the header file which contains the iv, and salt but I don’t see the “tag”.
