I have a bunch of file with format (see picture).

Agter the title which is UTF-8 title,I have a slug. But as the WP2GRAV plygin worked, its exports the slug in url encoded format.
Is it possible to use notapad++ to search and replace all these string with proper slugs and characters?
      And if so,how?
