Particular Style & Theme for different text file formats

Notepad++ is good for programming codes, but not for other usages. Especially for the right to left languages. but it can become better. how? make possible to define particular font/paragraph style & theme(UI) style for every file(s) format. for example, i want when a *.txt file is opened, font be (for example)Tahoma and a toolbar like “Microsoft Word” 's toolbar (to make paragraph rtl/ltr quickly). That for this we need a fully customizable and float toolbar. it’s possible but i know that is difficult and takes time much. but really makes your Notepad special and unique. users can define a light UI for *.txt files.
