Hi, ich habe ein Dokument über mehrere Zeilen, nun möchte in jeder Zeile ein Wort vor das erste Zeichen setzten. Gibt es da eine Möglichkeit?

Yes, super easy. Call up the Replace feature (ctrl+h). Fill out as follows:
Find what zone:
^
Replace with zone:yourWordwith maybe a space following
Wrap around checkbox:ticked
Search mode:Regular expression
Action: Press the Replace All button -
