      Just started to use Notepad++, the latest version.
      Is there an option to remove all empty lines by default?
      I can do via the menu but rather cumbersome to repeat the procedure with each new text file.
      Thanks

        @frederick22

        Simply assign the command from the menus to a keycombination using Settings (menu) -> Shortcut Mapper…
