      Greetings,
      I’ve got a lot of xml files that look like this:
      <?xml version="1.0" encoding="utf-8"?>
      <CGXML>
      <Land>
      <MEASUREDAREA>10460</MEASUREDAREA>
      <PARCELLEGALAREA>2500</PARCELLEGALAREA>
      <ISNEW>false</ISNEW>
      <Land>
      <CGXML>
      But there are some that dont have the <PARCELLEGALAREA> tag. So I want to add a closed <PARCELLEGALAREA /> tag where is needed.
      Ive used the Extended search mode, on “Find what” I went with </MEASUREDAREA>\r\n <ISNEW> / on “Replace with” </MEASUREDAREA>\r\n <PARCELLEGALAREA />\r\n <ISNEW>
      This does the job , if I oppen the modifyed files with notepadd it looks ok, but if I try to oppen with any of my xml programs
      I get Input String was not in a correct format. or Error System.FormatException / Input String was not in a correct format.

        Found out that if I do the replace on a txt file and then change the extension to xml , then it works like a charm.
