I’m a newbie to Notepad and have a simple (I hope) question:
How do I make duplicate a file in a different folder (a simple copy & paste) - is there a easy way to do this?Many thanks

Filemenu,Save As..., navigate to the new folder you want the file in. Don’t even need to copy/paste. This will mean the file open in Notepad++ is now the copy in the new folder.Or, if you want to keep the file open in the original location, but save a copy to a new location (without opening the copy), then
Filemenu, 'Save a copy as…`.
