What is Spanish_ar? Which Spanish is Latin Am. Spanish?

During the install process, on the Choose Component step, there is a Localization option. Two of its many choices are Spanish and Spanish_ar. What are the differences between these?

After looking at the repo on github, I was able to deduce the answer:
{TEXT(“Español”), TEXT(“spanish.xml”)},
{TEXT(“Español argentina”), TEXT(“spanish_ar.xml”)},
