Custom keywords for "folding"

Hello all,
is it possible for a user to define a custom keyword for “folding” in an already-existing language (SQL), instead of defining a new language?
I’d like to have the possibility to enter remarks into my sourcecode like “/REGION <name>/” and “/ENDREGION <name>/” to neatly fold away sections of source code to keep a better overview.
