Open screen looks like older version of Windows (Vista)

Hello,

I am using Windows 10. When I click on the file->open, the open screen is the older version of the box. It looks like Vista. When I open files on a different Windows 10 box, I see the normal open screen.

How do I change it back tot he normal Windows 10 open screen?

goto Settings->Preferences->Default Directory
and check use new style dialog…
