    I change the encoding sometimes the text disappears

      I have a UTF-8 encoding in my notepad
      When changing the encoding to another - ANSI sometimes gets lost - all the text disappears!
      Why is this happening!? How to return it
      I need ANSI for the “балаболка” program, it sounds the text in an electronic voice
