    Just wondering why the 64-bit installer doesn’t include the plugin manager.

      You should see the FAQ.

        Okay so if 64-bit Plugin Manager exists and works, why isn’t it included in 64-bit Notepad++ ?

        Thanks.

            The plugin contains an ad and the notepad++ community wants to avoid any marketing propaganda. However, one can install the plugin manager following the guidelines provided in FAQ.

                @KaKi87 - The reason there are ads, according to the plugin manager developer, is to pay for providing download bandwidth of the plugin manager? There is an answer from the developer(s) of the plugin manager.

                @administrators - where can I put in a feature request to add an installation option for installing the plugin manager, you know, that way people like me who don’t give two licks about the ads being there have the option to have the plugin manager installed without having to go through the trouble of always going out and snagging the plugin manager.

                Just saying…

                  @AngelicBrighteyes

                  although not an administrator :-), the link you are asking for is this.

                  but I don’t think this wish is going to happen because there is already
                  work in progress to replace the current plugin manager with an builtin one.

                  Cheers
