Default language: Arduino not found

Hi,
I mainly use NOTEPAD++ for my ARDUINO programs, and I would like the Arduino language to become the default language when I open a New document.
But when I go to: Parameters / Preferences / New Document, I see a lot of languages in the “Default languages list”, but not Arduino.

I am pretty sure [1] that Arduino uses C/C++ by default, so choosing Settings > Preferences > New Document to C++ would be what you want.
