Wrong keymap under Windows 7 (x64)

Hello,
I am trying out Notepad++ and discovering a problem with the keymap.
I get the keys marked on my keyboard but not those who are mapped in Windows. I use Neo Layout. And it gives me only qwerty.
Is there a switch or is this a C+(+) programm that disregards the OS settings and just takes the key buffer to determine the key typed?As it is it is useless for me.
