Cursor not aligned on high-res screen

Hi,

I have a laptop with a 4k screen. I usually use it plugged into a second monitor with standard resolution and NPP works fine. However, when I use NPP on the laptop screen, when working away from my desk, then it becomes nearly unusable. The cursor is never where it appears to be. E.g. it looks like it’s at the end of a word, but in fact it is half way through the next word. It makes it very hard to edit code.

This is only the case when my screen is in scaled mode - i.e. it’s on 3840x2160 resolution, scaled at 200%. When I change it to 1920x1080 at 100% then it is fine.

I’m happy to switch my resolution when I want to edit code, for now, but I thought you might want to check this, and/or see if anyone else has this issue.
