Toolbar shortcut to call a plugin function

Hello All,
I am looking for a solution to be able to call a plugin (ie: python debug script) just by clicking a shortcut in the toolbar.
I do not find any solution to do this?
The plugin “customise toolbar” does not seems to permit it neither.So you know a solution?

with nppexec plugin
npp_menucommand <menu\item\name> - executes (invokes) a menu item
