Everytime this little shit crashes it wipes files.
NO. The backup folder hasn’t them and even the ones that are saved there (which by the way aren’t the ones I had open when it crashed), are clunky, truncated files.FUCK YOU AND YOUR SHITTY PROGRAM.

Some info on your Notepad++ version would be helpful. And detailed description on the problem. How it happened? How N++ crashed?
This type of stuff.
And if you want it solved, perhaps you will need to create another thread on the right place.

Most people say things like that right before they move onto another editor, permanently, and forget about Notepad++. For myself, if I thought of saying things like “FUCK YOU AND YOUR SHITTY PROGRAM” and considered the authors “retards”, I wouldn’t want to continue using their software.

Well, I gave you a suggestion, dev asked the use case and I gave details, so I actually helped the community, even if my infos were mixed up with insults, you have something to work on. I could also give log, but dev thought it was more smart to say fuck you back to me.It runs trouble free and smooth because you use it as a toy for keeping a supermarket checklist, while I WORK with it (or better said, I WORKED with it.)
