someone tell me how do you run a c++ file in windows 10 because I cant find it out at all!

not sure I understand what you want to achieve but, normally, you
would compile and link to create an executable and then you are able
to run that exe. -
Maybe a task for NppExec but maybe more likely this is, well, this.
