Language should not have a nationality, Traditional Chinese mostly is used by Taiwan and HongKong, the contributor should be from Taiwan. Someone should translate this into Simplify Chinse and post it and use whatever Flag they prefer to use.
“Stupid is as stupid does” When you said somebody stupid, you are not too far from that too.

I understand that, the author has complete freedom to decide which flag should he use. But i want to stress that Taiwan has always been one part of China, and it’s so confusing to show a province’s flag instead of the country’s flag.
          事情的重点不是放了哪个国家的国旗,而是放的根本就不是国旗。我想基本上所有的大陆人都不会承认这面是国旗的,只是一个省旗而已。

There are two variants of Chinese, the simplified one mainly used in Mainland and the traditional(inherited) one in other regions. It obvious that the two variants should be presented by different icons considering different adopting regions. While it is not suitable to use Hong Kong SAR flag here because it is not a national flag and Hong Kong is not equivalent to the word “Mainland”, in most cases Traditional Chinese is represented by the national flag used in Taiwan.(For me it is the flag to Republic of China rather than that to Taiwan)
The question is the traditional variant is simply called “Chinese” with Simplified Chinese and the flag of PRC after it. So the author maybe preferring the traditional variant and think only this could represent Chinese.
Again in most cases, using the flag to ROC(Taiwan) for region differentiation is common and practical. This measure may be doubtful in Mainland but this is an international website.
I come from mainland China, and I love traditional Chinese.

It’s not the “province’s” flag. It’s the Chinese country flag, according to many millions of people who dispute the legitimacy of the CCP as the voice of the Chinese people.

                      Like it or not:
                      一個荒誕的事實:
                      中國的中文不是中文
                      真正的中文反而被不是中國人的台灣人保存下來

                      另一個荒誕的事實

                      1. 台灣 Taiwan(ROC, Republic of China), start in 1911 to now
                      2. 中国 (PRC, People Republic of ChiNa), start in 1949 to now
Why PRC say PRC is traditional China ?? What the hell are you talking about?

                      Another one fantastic:
                      Traditional Chinese, in Taiwan, Macao
Simple Chinese, in CHiNa, SG, Malaysia

                      Another one fantastic:
                      PRC > No religious freedom
ROC, Taiwan, Religious freedom, it’s ok for the everyone

                          It’s simple.
if you don’t like it, just don’t use it.
