When I cut & paste text (from Dreamweaver CS6) into Notepad ++ it appears in black & white, not in colour!
How do I get it to appear in colour, please?

Selected HTML from the language menu which has not worked.
Selected CSS from the language menu which has worked. Success!
I was cutting & pasting code from Dreamweaver CS6.
Thank you for solving my problem people
